Christmas Day

Kayla and Haley really enjoyed Christmas this year. It was the first year that they truly understood about asking Santa for specific gifts, and they stuck with the same list of requests the entire month leading up to Christmas!

Santa really liked his cookies and milk ;)

One of my favorite things about Christmas is that I get to fill the side of my fridge up with all the photo Christmas cards we get in the mail!

Everything all wrapped and ready for Christmas morning! My mom made sure we all had a lot to open on Christmas!

I knew that baby gate would come in handy ;)

Olivia already had her trike (handed down from Kayla and Haley), but because we didn't want her to feel left out we still put a big bow on it and stuck it with Aiden's new trike, and the girls' new bikes! I don't think she really even noticed or cared... ;)

Reading Santa's letter in the morning

The girls loved the idea that they could take toys on bike rides with them in the baskets!

Aiden loves his new boy trike!

Olivia was impressed with Santa's snowy footprints in our living room!

I love this one of Aiden - "Walking in daddy's... eerrhh, I mean Santa's...  footprints"! ;)

Stocking time!

Present time!

Aiden's new Cars bedding set :)

Olivia's new look-alike cabbage patch doll!

A helmet to go with that bike! Gotta be safe!

Excited to take their new princess baby dolls on a bike ride with them!

This is what Aiden spent most of Christmas doing. He hates new toys (he usually waits a couple days to play with them). He prefers legos and books, and is content to play by himself. :)

So excited about their new Rapunzel dresses and accessories!

Little People Castle Doll House for the girls :)

Of course Kayla wanted to get dressed up right away!

Tea party time in the new dresses!

My friend Michelle and I played this with the girls just last week and they really liked it!

Kayla loves listening to this new Disney Princess songs CD. She loves to sing along!

Mommy and daddy got them the sweatshirts they wore in their runway show!

Aiden's creation!

New clothes from Tutu!

Fun dressup stuff from Tutu!

Love these new shirts from Tutu!

Fun clothes from Tutu :)

New jammies from Tutu!

Playing with their new babies and furniture sets :)

It was a great Christmas! My mom even cooked us a delicious Christmas dinner! Thank you mom for making Christmas so special for us this year, and for being such a big part of ours and the kids' lives! It was just a nice day to relax and hang out with family. Tommy's dad was even able to stop by for a bit to visit and give the kids one of their gifts. They were very excited to see him. I can't wait until next year when Olivia and Aiden understand better and I have 4 little kids all caught up in the magic of Christmas! It will make it all the more magical for me. :)
